The Justice System Vs. Police Officers: Who's more to blame? Empty The Justice System Vs. Police Officers: Who's more to blame?

I personally believe that this all narrows down to the legislative branch. The system is basically giving these corrupt officers a slap on the wrist for taking another life, which to those police officers is insinuating it's low-key acceptable. There is no real punishment for these men (or women) killing us, no real law making this illegal. So what do they do? Become more trigger happy and have no fear whatsoever of the camera filming them, because the justice system has their backs. But what about our backs? Who got us?

I feel that as a whole we should show them our power and that we have our own backs. Nothing should be radical or violent. That's only shows lack of power. It shows that we can be reactive but in this situation we will need to be proactive. We will need to strategize. We will need to focus on strategies that display our power. My first initial suggestion is something like boycotting a major corporations that are not promoting the change that we need to see. Major corporations directly affect our government and our economy. We want to change our government's veiws on us we will start with the corporations. I mean a national don't shop weekend. A national sit in the park with family and friends. We will only have strength with numbers. We will need to show them just how powerful we are. Quite frankly since we are only a number and not considered as humans to be respected let's give ourselves that respect. We need one day where the black man is invisible no1 goes to work. No1 shops. No1 utilizes anything other than our own. So when their market crashes because of it then and only then will they be willing to sit and compromise. Peace and love. Strength is gentle

The justice system is to blame because the police number one job is to enforce the law. Protect and serve is their slogan not their job. Just like a United States solider is trained to kill. That's his job. Serving out country is the slogan sold to both the solider and us. The system tells them and trains them how to handle situations. I think that they should have a mental evaluation test given to police officers before they are able to join the force. Basically asking them questions to see how stable they are and if they are racist. Also they can't be affiliated with any memebership outside of their job. They wouldn't let a blood or crip become a cop so they shouldn't let a KKK member become one either. Cops should be provided with non fatal bullets(rubber bullets). It still works the same but without killing the person. Just a few ideas.

The Justice System Vs. Police Officers: Who's more to blame? Empty War

Post by Sarah n chery Mon Jul 11, 2016 8:08 pm

We are not prepared for the this type of battle, fighting fire with fire only makes a bigger fire. Violence doesn't have to be the answer, and just because some of us want to retaliate peacefully doesn't mean we are not just as angry as those wanting to fight back. Lets look at the bigger picture here people. PEACE, we're giving them exactly the reaction they want. They believe we are animals, we cannot act as such and expect them to stop killing us. Lets turn the anger into something positive!! Lets boycott lets march, lets unite! We are so powerful and that is why they are killing us off, history is repeating itself, and always has been, its just now being broadcasted. Violence never worked. From what i've seen it looks like a full on war, one we will not win with our fists but with our voices with our strong minds, nothing intimidates the white man more than a civilized person of color who cannot be put out of character, why? Because thats what they expect from us, they expect the violence, they expect the rage, they expect the fight back, they're prepared for that! What they aren't prepared for is our ability to channel our anger in a positive way. Think about it people. Pleaseee i love all your lives, they don't. They're to take it for no reason, what makes us think they'll stop whem they actually have a reason.
